About Us
SUNKISSED YOGA started off as a home practice and evolved into a studio practice soon after. Students can choose 60-minute classes that are fit for all levels from beginners to more advanced yoga practitioners. Classes include group lessons or private sessions. We, at SunKissed Yoga, want to promote a healthy, ease-of-mind practice that will allow your mind and body to gain strength and an inner calm. Through Iyengar-guided poses, your focus will allow you to let go of any inhibitions you may be holding on to. Calm the mind, fulfill the heart, ease the spirit. Namaste.
