Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a slower paced yoga that brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. Traditional Hatha Yoga is a holistic yogic path including: postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. All levels.​
​Hatha Flow
While using both the poses and the pace of regular Hatha classes, Hatha Flow classes sequence those poses differently and aim to keep the body moving with breath. All levels.​
Vinyasa I/II
These classes are dynamic and allow for a fluid transition from posture to posture, while becoming aware of the movement and breath connection. Vigorous sequences can be expected in the form of sun salutations and variations. For advanced beginners who have started to move beyond Level I classes. Expect a faster paced class with more challenging postures.
