EXPERIENCE STAND UP PADDLEBOARD (SUP) YOGA ​​

In the summertime I will be taking part in SUP Yoga classes on the water. SUP Yoga is a fun way to change up your daily yoga practice and experience yoga on a different element: water. Water offers a unique challenge in balancing, even for the simplest poses you think you may have mastered. SUP Yoga takes concentration and focus and helps build balance and strength. Expect to be challenged and motivated to hold your poses - let me know how your Warrior II feels on the water...or Tree Pose as the water moves beneath your board.

 

You can look up local companies in your area that offer SUP Yoga during the summertime months. Equipment is provided and it is up to you to stay dry!

 

There are also some wonderful yoga retreats in destinations such as Costa Rica that have incorporated SUP Yoga into their yoga retreat lesson plans. Enjoy the sunsets and the sunrise!
