TROPICAL PARADISE

Imagine doing yoga in paradise? Sea, Sun, Sand, Palm Trees....and maybe even a hammock session swaying along with the gentle tropical breeze! Future destinations will be scheduled somewhere in the Caribbean so stay tuned!

 

Yoga retreats​ will be in a tropical sanctuary where you will be away from the daily hustle-and-bustle, in a serene, quiet location. The view from your window will be nature at its best - sea and tropical greenery surrounding the retreat and the sound of the waves, the wind, and the tropical birds will awaken your senses daily...

 

There is nothing more befitting than doing Sun Salutations at sunrise or sunset on a tropical, white sand beach surrounded by clear, turquoise waters... breathing in the fresh sea salt air. Then on a clear night, pay tribute to the moon with a series of "Moon Salutations" after the sun sets and enjoy the tranquility that follows for an amazing night's rest.

CARIBBEAN SEA REEF

Marvel at the wondrous beauty of a natural coral reef. The Mexican Caribbean boasts the largest coral reef running along the peninsula. A must see when visiting the Caribbean Sea. Try snorkeling and scuba diving tours and remember to respect the natural ecosystem by not touching or disturbing any of the coral...let your eyes be windows to memories of a lifetime. Also please only wear biodegradable sunscreen as regular sunscreens contain toxic chemicals that kill the coral.

CORAL REEFS

​

Coral reefs are a natural ecosystem for many tropical flora, fauna, and sea creatures. Be respectful of the natural environment and wear only environmentally-friendly sunscreen and/or sunblock that is free of harmful, synthetic chemicals. Try to use sun protection that is biodegradable and organic; such sun protection can be found at a natural health food store.

 

A disposable underwater camera is a good idea to capture the beauty that lurks in the sea and the colorful, tropical fish you will  encounter - from blue to neon yellow. Enjoy and be adventurous!
