A Splash of Raspberry! This little berry packs quite the punch!

All berries have a high vitamin C content and are loaded with antioxidants. The deeper the color of the berry, the more antioxidants it has (i.e., blueberries, blackberries, pomegranates). As a snack, why not enjoy a handful of delicious raspberries...mmmmmmm!
Raspberry Ice Cubes!
For an extra treat, you can freeze your raspberries for a few hours and then add them to some mineral water to add flavor and a chill effect...punch that! The raspberries will add a refreshing fruit flavor to your mineral spritzer and you can also eat up the raspberries for an extra treat. Enjoy!

- frozen fresh raspberries
- mineral water of your choice (natural flavour, no additives)
